LiftCal stores workout data such as calories burned, workout dates, and exercise totals using on-device storage through Apple’s SwiftData framework. All data remains stored locally on your device and is never transmitted, shared, or uploaded to any external servers.
All data entered into LiftCal remains private and accessible only on your device. You have full control over your workout records, and deleting the app will permanently remove all stored data.
LiftCal does not use any third-party services that collect user data.
